Snapshots: Ultrasound machine on its way – Enterprise

Click photo to enlargeBill Gebhardt (left) showed his craftmanship by building a crate for a small, portable ultrasound machine recently donated by Dr. David Collins to Project S.A.V.E. Supplies for the crate were donated by Chico Lions Club. The crate is designed to be hand-carried into remote villages in the Philippines with Medical Ministries International, led by surgeon Dr. Allan Melicor. The crate is scheduled to arrive in Malaybalay, Bukidnon Province on Tuesday. Shown with the crate are Gebhardt and (from left) Ed Shea, Oscar Ebanja (a Butte College student from Cameroon, Africa) and Duaine Rogers, Project SAVE volunteer.
