Knights of Columbus Council 12078 in Show Low recently helped Living Hope Women’s Center in acquiring the funds they needed for a mobile ultrasound unit. The local Knights of Columbus gathered $1,000 for Living Hope, causing the national organization in New Haven, Conn., to send Living Hope a check for $15,625.
With a private donation and a grant from Mission: Pre-Born, Living Hope had a total for $32,500 for the unit, which will allow the organization to perform ultrasounds in Springerville and Whiteriver.
